Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026.
Dwelverson is published and sold by Zarbaruk SASU to businesses only (B2B). Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record and seller of record for all Dwelverson subscriptions: it processes payment, computes tax, and issues invoices. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy apply to the sale alongside this policy.
1. Free trial
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any billing.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
3. Refunds
After the trial converts, fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by Paddle under its buyer refund terms. To request a refund, contact contact@dwelverson.com or Paddle support at paddle.net.
4. Contact
Questions about billing, cancellation, or a refund request: contact@dwelverson.com.
This policy restates the cancellation and refund terms of our full Terms of Sale & Use, which govern the subscription.
